The main topics of the presentations and discussions included an overview of learning content authoring tools as well as effective instructional design for blending learning. The pedagogical approaches and differences between online and offline learning were also discussed. The final session of the event was a management meeting focusing on future activities in WP3 and WP4.

The conference was attended by 37 participants. In addition to representatives of partner institutions participating in the project, representatives of the universities Singidunum and Edukons, as well as the Centre for Education Policy, were present.
